All prices include preparation of the
apartment for your arrival, cleaning and laundry (with a weekly change of
bedding + towels), and all electricity / heating.

We are happy to
offer rentals of less than one week, however
these are more expensive per day due to the cost
of apartment preparation, cleaning and laundry.
To calculate the
cost of a short break, add together the number
of days x the daily charge plus a £50 fixed
servicing cost.
We can offer
discounts for long rentals - please contact us
to discuss any such requirements.
Deposit & Payments:
A
25% deposit is payable (non refundable) on booking
with the balance payable four weeks prior
to arrival. We also require a damage protection deposit of £100
paid along with the booking balance.
This deposit will be returned after
the apartment has been inspected by
our servicing agent and no damage or losses have
been incurred. If any damages are incurred
during the stay these must be paid by the guest
and these payments may be deducted but are not
limited in amount by the damage deposit.
